📋 Overview
Tasvol is an Amazon affiliate platform. We curate and showcase products, but we do not sell, ship, or handle any products ourselves. When you click "Buy from Amazon" and complete your purchase, your order is entirely managed by Amazon.
This means:
- Your payment goes directly to Amazon — not to Tasvol
- Your order is shipped and fulfilled by Amazon or their marketplace sellers
- Returns and refunds are handled entirely by Amazon's customer service
- You are protected by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee at all times
🔄 Amazon's Return Policy
Amazon offers one of the most customer-friendly return policies available. Most items purchased on Amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
What is covered by Amazon's return policy?
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items that don't match the product description
- Items you simply changed your mind about (within the return window)
- Wrong item received
- Item not received at all
Amazon A-to-z Guarantee
If you experience any issue with a third-party seller on Amazon — including items not received, items significantly different from the description, or seller disputes — Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee protects you for the full purchase price including shipping.

📦 How to Return an Item
Since all purchases are made through Amazon, returns are processed entirely through your Amazon account. Here's how:
Go to Your Amazon Orders
Log in to Amazon.com → hover over "Returns & Orders" at the top right → click "Returns & Orders"
Find Your Order
Locate the order containing the item you want to return. Click "Return or Replace Items" next to the order.
Select Return Reason
Choose the item(s) to return and select a reason. Amazon will show you the available refund and return options.
Choose Return Method
Select how you'd like to return — drop-off at a UPS store, Kohl's, Amazon Hub, or schedule a pickup. Many items have free return shipping.
Print Label & Ship
Print your prepaid return label (if applicable), pack the item securely, and drop it off. Your refund is typically processed within 3–5 business days of Amazon receiving the return.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued by Amazon — not by Tasvol. Here's what to expect:
Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 business days after Amazon receives the return
- Amazon Gift Card: 2–3 hours after return processed
- Bank Account (NEFT): 3–5 business days
- PayPal: Up to 3 business days
- Amazon Pay: Up to 3 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In some cases, Amazon may offer a refund as Amazon gift card balance for faster processing.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned per Amazon's policy. These typically include:
- Hazardous materials (aerosols, flammable liquids)
- Items with a non-returnable label on the product page
- Downloadable software (once downloaded)
- Gift cards and prepaid cards (once activated)
- Online subscriptions (once accessed)
- Perishable foods and grocery items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Even for non-returnable items, if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee may still apply. Contact Amazon customer service directly in these cases.

- Links you directly to Amazon product pages via affiliate links
- Earns a small commission on qualifying purchases at no cost to you
What Tasvol does NOT do:
- Sell, ship, or fulfill any products
- Handle or process any payments
- Store any personal or payment information
- Process returns or issue refunds
- Guarantee product availability or pricing
